So great to hear from you, 

I was thinking why my ears were ringing that much. I (motivation) may be one of the key factors for  language classrooms although the others say a lot of things about me.

If you ask to introduce myself; I will say that I am as ordinary as other feelings. Not a big deal, as teachers think. Here are my secrets if you want to keep me inside of your learners: 

1.Believe your students : Each one of them has at least one special skill that they are really good at. Maybe they aren’t good at answering to specific grammar question but their listening skills may be really advanced. Who knows? Leave your prejudices before entering the class.

2.Encourage your students : Give them a pat on the back even for small positive things they do. Small things are the keys for the success.

3.Acceptance: That point is really crucial because when our students see acceptance by the teacher and as well as by other students, their self-esteem mechanism is triggered and they will feel themselves more comfortable in the classroom to participate more.

But you know that most of the time I work with my co-workers whom you know very well. They are Instrumental motivation and Integrative motivation,
