Barefoot Speaking Activity : I want to play a game :)

I wanted to write my title as barefoot because you will need nothing for this activity, except the board.

If you have 15 minutes left and want to revise the question structures and tenses, you are more than welcome to use it in your classroom. All you need to do is writing 4 or 5 sentences on the board about you.

For instance; I met Madonna in Berlin film festival.

My father is a pilot, he has been to 56 different countries so far.

I love playing table tennis and Our world championship is in Japan this year.

I became a teacher because my mother is an English teacher, as well.

Only one of these sentences is true for me. You can write your sentences and then your students will ask you questions with When?, Why? What…?,….etc. and with the correct tense. All you have to do is to answer questions and acting for sure.

If you want to try the activity  on me now, you are welcome to pretend to be my students and ask me questions in your comments .

Looking forward to playing the game with you all,

      Enjoy,

Please feel free to post on the page whenever you have anything you'd like to share.

      Best,

      Ann

I cannot remember the original name of this activity, but I loved the title you found:) Very creative. As a follow-up, the students can have the sama activity in pairs  / groups.

My answer: The last one is true. :)))

This is a great game.. I bet students like it because they seem to always want to know a bit more about the teacher. Great for making questions! I am going to use it in my class! Thanks! :)
