There is many  ways to evoke students' motivation for learning but I think the most important one should 

1- come from students interests and features

Who this could be possible?

It is easy. First, we have to know what the learners like and what they heat? Then we can lunch from there likings to build  or create an activity. For instance, if they  like football, so the teacher should use players names and teams names at least in his activities.

If you want me to continue for the fifth step I will do it for your sake and I will give you more wonderful results. Then, you and I will not waste our times.
