Another favourite song of my students is "One Love". It can ben used for Let's and imperative revision:
*First I let my students listen to Bob Marley and Playing for change versions: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sonYFxHHvaM http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4xjPODksI08 *
At the same time, they try to fill in the gaps
One _______, one _______ ________ get together and _______ all right ______ the children crying (One love) _______the children crying (One heart) Sayin', "_______ thanks and _______ to the Lord and I will feel all right." Sayin', "______ get together and ______ all right." Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa _______ them all pass all their dirty remarks (One love) There is one question I'd really love to ask (One heart) Is there a place for the hopeless sinner Who has hurt all mankind just to save his own? _________ me One _______, one _______ ______ get together and _____ all right As it was in the beginning (One love) So shall it be in the end (One heart) Alright, "_______ thanks and _______ to the Lord and I will feel all right." Another nice one! Have you ever thought of creating online cloze activities like this with programs such as Hot Potatoes, Course Lab or Moodle? My students like to do cloze exarcises with music in Moodle because they can listen to the song as many times as they want and get instant feedback (a grade) the second they press the "check" button.

Hello Coffee Addict,
I know Hot potato and moodle. I have joined a moodle seminar in Greece about it but unfortunately after that seminar I couldn't have a chance to use it with my students because of the website of our school and I didn't get my own host. Also, only some of my students have computer and Internet access at home so I do these kinds of activities with a projection and laptop. I hope I can have a chance to use the programs that you mentioned me by improving the conditions of our website and ICT lab. Thanks again bye
gülsüm:)
