Hi Miss Leman, all these items constitute a good leader qualities, I would add 5) responsible for people s/he leads
Agree, good features of the leaders
Dear Victoria,, woow number 5 is true...Teachers are all responsible for people he /leads...thanks for contribution.. ;)
Dear ralina, do you wanna add smt for the list? thanks for visiting & ideas ;)
Organizator = to organize work
Contol Students
There is a point of view that a teacher as a leader is very similar to a manager. Peter Drucker describes qualities of a manager in his numerous books and all these qualities are not much different from listed above. But there is one more - a good manager (leader, teacher) develops people, including himself/herself.
(peret Drucker. An Introductory View of Management)
Yep...Organizator;Because organization is very important for all steps...I mean could be preparation everything... So nice point Ralina,,thanks.. ;)
I love your comment,Right! Description of the Peter Drucker sentence is very Cool! A teacher should develop himself/herself at first.. That's the fact....thanks for your contribution evgeniya,,I am happy to hear form you,too ;) Also I wanna ask you that;How can one teacher develop himself/herelf..actually it might be nice post,too :) what gonna we do for improving more? what does improve mean for us? thanks ;)
I would add Guiding to your list, Lemanulas. Teachers need to encourage autonomy in their students and this is where guidance comes in. I think this is also true of a good leader.
Dear my friend, thank you very much...Guiding is the nice point,too;) Good leader should be a good guide,too ;)
