Weekly conversation class in Second Life

Hi everyone,
I just wanted to let you know that we have been holding free weekly conversation classes on the British Council Isle in Second Life for adult learners of English.
The classes are every Wednesday at 20:00 UK time and last an hour
They are free and open to any learners of English
To participate, the learners need to create an account at http://www.secondlife.com and then search for the British Council Isle in Second Life.
You can also leave me a message here if you want more information or run into any difficulties

Hi Graham, my student tried to create an account several times earlier this year. To create an account on secondlife students are requested to send you an email which my student did. He is 13 (14 tomorrow!) and we never received replies after repeated mailings, therefore he couldn't proceed to make an account and we eventually gave up in frustration.
Please can you explain the procedure for under age students to create accounts and actually accessing the game?
