"I have been blogging more than three years. I confess; I'm addictive to blogging!"

Internet has made everything possible today! Thanks to developing technologies and blogging tools, everyone can have a voice in the world today, like I have one and you are reading it now!

There are more than 150 million blogs on the internet. If you are a newbie, welcome and here are my ideas to help you to spark your blogging adventure:

Read other people's blogs, you can find many of them inspirational and amazing, you can get great ideas and shape your blogging adventure from the start.

Find your own way and write your own content because your perspective will make your blog unique and plagiarism (copying or borrowing others content) is not welcome in this world.

Jot down your own ideas wherever you are to turn them into blog posts. You never know when or where the inspiration comes!

Spell check your post before you publish it because it will be your digital footprint on the web, you want it to be perfect and you never know who is going to read it next. Maybe your future employer?

Headline plays an important role. It's the first impression you make on the people so; make it meaningful to what you write and keep it short so that it can be tweeted easily.

Post often, this is how you attract people! Or choose to be consistent about when to blog so people knows that you don't give up or get lost.

Pat yourself on the back, because you are such a 21st century educator and whatever the other people say, you are not wasting your time and you are doing great! And never give up because I or others will find you, read and comment on your ideas.

And of course they are all my opinion about blogging, you can totally disagree with some or all of it. This is why I have a blog and you have a blog too! This is how the blogging world works and grows!

Thanks for reading ...

Brief and effective. I suppose as long as you keep writing, you will have all these tips delivered to your mind automatically. We just need to keep blogging. That will make us discover how much we have for ourselves as well!

I totally agree with you after I registered this blogging contest I started to read more the other blogs and try new tools. Whenever I open my computer I first read my blogs comments with an  excitement. Thank you for British Council for giving this excitement.

Dear Özge,
Thank you for your helpful suggestions. My favourite is the last one about patting ourselves. Being aware of ourselves is something good and besides we need this most of the time, especially when we receive criticisms which are not constructive and healthy.

I never want to be addictive, but you found the right points. I think it's important to read what other people write, not to copy them, but to find your own individual way.
Thanks for blogging here!
