Hello everybody!

I would like to introduce myself and to say how happy I am to have found Teachingenglish.org.uk.

I am originally from Brazil and I have spent the last ten years travelling and living in different countries, such as the US, England, Germany and Spain. I actually hold a degree in Veterinary Medicine, but foreign languages have always played a major role in my life. In fact, I decided ten years ago to leave my previous career and improve my English skills in the United States. After that, I moved to England, where I´ve earned the Cambridge Advanced Certificate. It wasn´t time to start teaching English though, for I moved to Germany and I was delighted to learn the German language. There I worked in the clinical research field, until I decided to move to Spain. I guess I´ve never had a boring life!

Well, after living on the beautiful spanish island of Mallorca, a place which will always be in my heart, I decided to move back to Brazil and start a new career as an English teacher, finally :-) For that, I will be attending University one more time in order to learn "Letras".

I live currently in Presidente Prudente, located in São Paulo state, and I am so happy I am close to family and friends again. But I can´t wait to start travelling to Europe again to keep improving my language skills! And I am sure that TeachingEnglish.org.uk will contribute a lot to that!
