For foreign people, for whom English isn't the first language, an efficient and positive ESL program will help to increase the interest among the students that need the assistance with their English.

The ways to increase the students' interest:

a) students have to be involved in teacher's activities that are a great way to get them excited and interested;

b) students need to interact with the teacher as much as they can.

c) students have to know their progress, to make corrections if necessary;

ESL teaching needs encouraging and implementing continuous positive feedback to their students. The teacher will be pleased, if the students are receptive and wish to learn.
