Not for a long time I took to myself one schoolgirl 11 classes on additional employment on English language. Level at the girl nearby elementary, its hobby at a lesson is speaking. It is necessary to it to ask a small question, she five will answer of minutes you it. Can to me prompt, on the Internet any interesting themes for discussion with teenagers, at initial level. I have reconsidered already so much, but anything interesting haven't found.

Try googling lists of words for cinema (genres, names of famous actors, movie titles, etc.) and encourage her to talk using new words. If you are not asked to get her prepared for any exam, don't think about her grammar give her words. I suggest you using English Vocabulary in Use for Elementary level (http://www.eltbooks.com/cover/9780521136211.jpg)
I use with my teenage students books from the series Timesaver; Timesaver Listening focuses on listening skills but also provides tasks on speaking, vocabulary and grammar, Timesaver Picture Prompts is a brilliant way to train all the basic skills; Timesaver Articles helps to get teenagers talking and develop reading skills.
Google on some debates for the elementary level. If she likes speaking more than anything else, ask her to make a list of topics she would love to talk about.
