The IATEFL Research SIG Annual International Conference and 5th Gediz University Annual Teacher Research Conference will take place in Izmir, Turkey on 18-19 June 2015 and some sessions will be live streamed and recorded for you to watch at home.



This conference is the latest in a successful series of conferences organised at Gediz University in Izmir, Turkey, for English language teacher-researchers. The last one, Teacher-Researchers in Action, was in 2014 and was supported by the Research SIG. This is the only annual international conference of its kind in the world to be devoted fully to TESOL teacher-research.

The plenary speakers for the conference will be:

Judith Hanks, University of Leeds, UK
Mark Wyatt, Portsmouth University, UK
