An unmissable market insight event for professionals from the English language sector
This year’s event has a dedicated programme for each sector, to ensure you get the most out of the Conference. Highlights from the English language programme include:
- Ask your questions to visa expert Nichola Carter in our visas for schools and English language session
- Essential sessions focussing on key regions for English language – including Latin America, Europe and the Gulf
- Learn about current and future prospects in the English language travel industry
- Brush up your digital marketing skills at our digital marketing workshop
We also have four informative and inspiring plenary sessions suitable for all sectors.
Pete Jenkins from Gamification+ will kick off by looking at how gamification can be used in your international marketing to engage potential students and their parents.
Robin Bew of the Economist Intelligence Unit will deliver his ever-popular Global Economic Review.
The British Council’s Matt Durnin will be looking at global education strategy-making to 2025, and finally our Conference closing session will look to the future of education.
The SIEM Conference 2015 provides you with a great way to meet other marketing professionals and British Council staff. Alongside our Networking Dinner on Thursday 10 December, we will also be offering two sector-specific social events on the evening of Wednesday 9 December – delegates from the pre-university sector are invited to join us for our Schools and Colleges Social and higher education institutions are invited to join us for the launch of The Shape of Things to 2025 report.
As always, throughout the event you will also have the chance to arrange individual appointments with other delegates, and with British Council representatives from across the globe to get personal advice on your international marketing strategy and opportunities. The appointment booking system will open in November 2015.
