In this lesson, students will listen to someone booking a train ticket. They will predict vocabulary, listen to the conversation and role-play the dialogue to practise their speaking skills. There are also suggestions for developing the theme of travel to practise specific areas of grammar.

Dear Sirs,
Audio downloads are not activated, please advise me about how do downloading.
Thanks in advance
Salah Elsull

Hi Elsull

Right click on the play icon and choose 'save audio as'

You can then save it on your computer.

Cheers

Del

Dear Derek,
Thanks a lot for the advice about downloading indeed.

Salah Elsull

The right clicking doesn't work on my Mac since I updated it, is there another way to download audio material?

Hi Cathy
If right clicking doesn't work, you could try pressing CTRL and click - and then 'Save File As'. Hopefully that will work.
Thanks
Cath

Hi Cathy

I've tried all the ideas given and still can't open or save this.

Jill

Hi Jill

The file seems to be working fine. If you have tried the suggestions (1. click on the play icon to play directly from the site, 2. Right click on the audio bar and then click 'Save As' to save to your computer), then could you try using a different browser (Firefox, Chrome, Safari etc) to see if that solves your problem?
Thanks,

Cath
